Shipping Policy: 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We ship in the US lower 48 States only.

Standard Shipping Only. Shipping is FREE.

Almost all products are shipped directly from Andersen Windows, Inc. We cannot choose the carrier. Products will ship either UPS or the US Post Office. If you do not have a mail box at the shipping location and the item you are ordering is small and will likely ship US mail; contact us so we can arrange a different form of shipping.

Larger/Heavy items or items over 8' long will ship common carrier (I.E.: semi) and will most likely need to have someone available for drop off. The carrier will make the contact for delivery.

Products shipped via US mail do not have tracking info. Products shipped via UPS will have tracking info. You will recieve an email from PayPal when products ship along with the tracking number if shipped UPS. (you may get an email from Andersen windows as well)

FORREST CONSTRUCTION, INC. OFFERS A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ANY ITEM YOU PURCHASE FROM OUR ONLINE STORE THAT IS NOT MARKED "SPECIAL ORDER" . IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY ITEM YOU PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE FOR ANY REASON, RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF ITS ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

EMAIL KEVIN AND LET HIM KNOW YOU WILL BE RETURNING YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM YOU CAN ORDER THE NEW ITEM AS YOU DID THE PREVIOUS ITEM USING OUR ONLINE STORE.

SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US USING THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE TO:

 Damaged Product, Missing Product, Incorrect Product, etc.:

Email Kevin with your order information and a description of  your problem and he will contact you as soon as possible as to the resolution. If you have a damaged product include a digital picture of the damage and if the shipping package was damaged or  if it was damaged when you opened the box.

Taxes:

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
