Shipping information:

We ship in the US lower 48 States only.

Standard Shipping: Free

Next Day: $75.00 (except: glass, sash, panels, hazardous materials) Next day shipping is after the product lead time is full filled. No delivery dates can be guaranteed.

Products are shipped after the item lead time is full filled. Item lead time is diplayed with each part.

Most products ship US mail, FedEx, or UPS. Please allow transit time for the carrier to deliver the product. It could take 1-7 days depending on your location. No delivery dates can be guaranteed. Most customers will see their parts shipped in 1-2 days after the lead time is full filled.

Larger items will ship common carrier and will most likely need to have someone available for drop off. The carrier will make the contact for delivery.

Customer Return Policy:

Returns:

You may return your order for a refund. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to returned items and shipping is non-refundable.The costs of returning the product would be your responsibility. Returns must be returned in new condition or they will be subject to an additional restocking fee.

No "order by description" items can be returned.

Exchange:

If you want to exchange your original purchase, we will credit the product total towards your new order. If the new parts are less we will credit you the difference. Additional shipping and handling is your responsiblity.

Cancelled Orders:

Notice of order cancellation needs to be received within 24 hours of the date the order was placed. Notices recieved after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Damaged Product:

Email Kevin with your order information and a description of the damge along with a digital picture if possible. He will contact you as soon as possible on the next step.
